We provide an efficient RMA service,  Our guidelines are in pages indicated on the Side bar.  Please click on the appropriate one to see the procedures for sending in RMA, and our RMA terms.

       We have also provided some links for checking that your drive is still in warranty and for testing the drives before sending any back to us.  75% of drives returned are in fact in good working order according to the manufacturers.

For Seagate and Maxtor as well as for Retail Intel CPU's you can return the items directly to the manufacturer.  This will save you time and money.
